Job Description:
• Co-ordination with Importers;
• Co-ordination with shipping companies for getting Vessel ETA and IGM details, Invoices;
• Co-ordination with Documentation Dept., and Docks Executives , transport division;
• Maintaining track record from vessel arrival/departure to the delivery of the each consignment;
• Looking that all the documents , BOE , delivery order is kept ready in time;
• Updating & Reporting DSR’s on daily basis on Import Documentation handling and clearance of consignment to higher authorities and clients;
• Focus on 1 days clearance Target for Air Shipment and 3 days for Sea Shipments;
• Follow standards for clearance of cargo at port and benchmark the same constantly;
• Ensure all invoicing approval from the client (Such as Demurrage, detention etc. ) are provided to the revenue team within 1 day after clearance of the shipment;
• Respect & Maintain Company’s Policies and Commitments;
• Work towards the delight of the client you handled
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Job Experience: 2-7 years of experience in a similar profile from CHA / Custom Clearing Agents / Forwarders
Salary: Up to Rs. 50,000/- Per Month
• Finalization of Staff Salary accurately.
• Attendance checking, checking of Salary Slips, preparation of salary break-up
• Compliance of HR Statutory requirements on schedules as per Law (LWF / TDS / PT / PF / ESIC )
• Overlooking End-to-End Recruitment up to Pan India Level
• Ensuring smooth flow of the lifecycle of employees – from recruitment to retirement.
• Leave calculation – Confirmed employees, LTA & Bonus Generation
• Knowledge of the state-wise Minimum Wages Act
• Knowledge of Income Tax and Income Tax Documents Scrutiny
• Admin – AMC renewal / Insurance renewal / membership renewal / Shop & Establishment
• HR Monthly MIS Reports checking & Finalization
• Other activities related to HR.
• Plan, conduct & ensure employee’s performance appraisal
• Plan and conduct employee engagement activities
• Preparing HR Policies and coming up with new ideas and innovations.
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA.
Job Experience: 10 – 12 years of experience in a similar profile.
Office Timing: Mon to Fri – 9.30 am to 5.45 pm
Saturday – 9.30 am to 2.30 pm
Every Month, the 2nd Saturday is off

Job Description:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and liaise with recruitment agencies when required.
2. HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication:
Organize employee engagement activities, team events, and welfare programs.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support management in implementing company culture and HR initiatives.
4. Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process and maintain performance records.
5. Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Maintain training records and track employee development plans.
6. Exit & Full & Final Settlement:
Manage employee exit process, including clearance, F&F settlement, and exit interviews.
Prepare HR reports and maintain the confidentiality of HR data.
